All international orders are shipped via DHL Express at our expense to ensure fast and secure delivery.

All shipments are insured. In cases of verified transit damage, claims will be processed in coordination with DHL Express.

International Orders

We cover DHL Express shipping costs for all international deliveries.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by DHL, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
