At VALERIA BLESS TRADING L.L.C, we are committed to delivering each fragrance with the highest standards of care.


All international orders are shipped via DHL Express at our expense to ensure fast and secure delivery.


No Returns on Opened Products


Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used items.


Once a perfume has been unsealed, opened, or used, it cannot be returned.


Scent preference is subjective and does not qualify as a reason for return.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


To process a claim, the following evidence is required:

Clear photos of the outer shipping box before opening

A full video of the unboxing process

Photos of the damaged item and internal packaging

A visible shipping label


Claims submitted without sufficient documentation may not be approved.
